Hi All; 

 Just to let you know about a couple of changes this year at congress.

 

Anchor Position Rule 13

The Anchor is allowed to keep the rope below the level of protective

clothing and contact with the belt for safety considerations will not constitute

a lock.

 

Change the infringement 14.3 to be listed an an indoor and outdoor infringement.

Side-stepping: Stepping outside the pulling track, lane or surface to gain an unfair

advantage.

 

Other Happenings; Change age limits did not pass for the Junior Category.

 

Weigh-Ins. Additional weigh-in time on Friday evening for those members of the national

teams who are unable to attend at the earlier specified time with exceptional circumstance's.
